My daughter loves the show Alien Stage, but no one sells cake toppers of them. Then I saw on your website that you could do a custom order cake topper by uploading an image. Crisis avoided! We received the topper a few days late at no fault of the seller but I was worried about how the product would be once we got it and it was PERFECT! Exactly what my customer had requested and was so easy to work with. The customer wanted whipped icing instead of buttercream and after readying the instructions, I was worried about the image bleeding or melting. I did a base layer of buttercream and put the image on the night before then into the fridge to help firm everything up. The morning of. I removed the image, put down the whipped icing then reapplied the image and iced and declared. It turned out so much better than I hoped and the customer was beyond happy! Already placed two more orders. Thank you so much!!

The design/appearance of the edible cake image was amazing and above and beyond. The problem we encountered was that we put the edible sheet on the day of the party and it was not edible. Most of the guests had to peel it off the cake because it was so thick it felt like eating paper. Not sure if that is normal or not.
The decal was perfect. It was just as pictured. My granddaughter loved it! It came in a timely manor. So so would definitely order again.
Overall customer service was beyond amazing in turn around time for shipping and quality. I highly recommend this business.
Image looked incredible, just a little irritated I paid for 3-5 business day shipping and received on day 6 *just in time* I’d give 4.5 stars and will order again, just not express 😬
