When Should i Order?

The ideal time would be 2-3 weeks before your event. The cake tops do last up to 6 months.

You can expect a delay with USPS, they are late on more than 93% of their deliveries. and we do not have control of that, we shipped 95% of the orders within 1 business day. we do not hold any order unless the customer requests.

Please note that we have enabled 3 boxes so that you can put the personalization. 1, the personalization checkbox, 2 the additional request checkbox. and the 3rd comment box, for you to include the personalization, if we do not include the personalization with your order we will assume that you do not need a personalization and we will ship your order with *HAPPY BIRTHDAY* text ONLY* We will not contact you asking for personalization. 

USPS is very unstable therefore we only recommend UPS* as a shipping method, since this is more reliable., However, we have USPS as an option only because some customer needs to use a P.O box. and UPS do not deliver to P.O box.
 
You agree with the type of product selected, that you have read the description and understand what type of product it is, what it is used for. Once the product has been provided, shipped or delivered, no refund will be made with some exceptions. Please refer to the return policy for more details.

We will always try our hardest to facilitate late orders, we know how busy life is, and some things can get forgotten. However, please read our delivery details to decide what shipping option is best for you to ensure your cake top gets to you in time, as we cannot be held responsible for postage unless you choose the next day or 2nd Day Shipping option at checkout.

Any custom-made product requires 1 business day for processing and checking the payment.

Shipping Details..

If your delivery is time-sensitive, we recommend you use UPS, it will cost a bit more than USPS but it is generally faster and more reliable than USPS.. Please note that USPS does not guarantee transit times, so it may take up to 15 days to receive your order, sometimes even more.

Sorry, we can not give refunds for late standard USPS shipments as these shipping methods do not include a guaranteed delivery date/range commitment from the shipping provider, and the amount of time it takes the mail carrier to complete the delivery is beyond our control.

USPS First Class (Standard Shipping) generally arrives 5-10 Business days. We cannot guarantee your date of delivery unless you choose the option of Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for extreme weather delays, postal strikes or other issues related to An Post.

We will not cancel, refund or accept a return on a shipped order. Any personalized edible item due to food hygiene policy sales is final.

"For the first 60 minutes after the order is placed, we can cancel your order; however, if the order has entered the process, the order can't be canceled."

Returns & Replacements

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please contact info@Ediblecakeimage.com. Please send a photo of the problem and a refund may be issued under Ediblecakeimage.com discretion. Please see the Edible Prints Disclaimer for information about the edible printing process and expected results.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.

Returns cannot be accepted for any reason. Images are both edible and personalized and therefore are unable to be transferred to another customer.

Upon request, any order that has not been created or shipped can be cancelled for the full amount of purchase.

If your item has been created, but not shipped only the shipping price will be refunded.

Should there be a mistake in the message on your image due an error made by Ediblecakeimage.com, the full amount of the item will be refunded or, time allowing, a replacement will be sent.

If an error was made by the buyer when requesting a custom message, no refund will be issued. Please type carefully.

If you damage your image when applying, Caking Impressions is not responsible for damage.

If the image sticks to the plastic backing (not common, but does occur) please attempt to follow the instructions provided. If this does not seem to be working - please contact info@ediblecakeimage.com or call 305-597-3802 directly for one-on-one assistance with your image. You may contact Ediblecakeimage.com at any time. If no attempt at contact was made, Caking Impressions will not be held responsible for the damage done to your image. If Caking Impressions is unable to assist you with the removal of your image and the product is proven to be defective, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Payment & Pricing
